The ETF uses swaps to track an index that systematically writes weekly, out-of-the-money call options on GOOGL, targeting a specific annualized distribution rate, distributed twice per month. GOIB adds a daily delta hedging strategy, which adjusts GOOGL exposure each trading day to offset the negative delta of the short call position. This approach is designed to allow participation in GOOGL's upside price movements.
