Pacer Funds Trust - Pacer Swan SOS Laddered Moderate ETF

LADM aims to roll the effects of a structured outcome strategy by investing in each of the Pacer Swan SOS Moderate ETFs. This laddered approach to the strategy aims to diversify the timing nature of the strategy. Each underlying ETF uses FLEX options to provide a buffer against the first 15% decline in the SPDR S&P 500 ETF (SPY) while foregoing upside participation above a specified level, and resets annually. Because LADM is buying the underlying ETFs before the end of the outcome period, investment returns may be quite different from those of the underlying ETFs.
