Stone Ridge Trust - LifeX 2035 Income Bucket ETF

LDDR seeks to provide predictable monthly distributions of income and principal through December 2035, less operating fees. The fund delivers fixed monthly payments of $0.0833 per share, with an increasing portion of these distributions coming from the principal as the fund progresses toward its term. Investments concentrate on US Treasury debt securities and money market funds exclusively holding such securities or repurchase agreements backed by them. The fund focuses on bonds with maturities of 10 years or less. A portion of each monthly distribution is considered return capital, reducing the amount for investment and lowering the investor's tax basis in their shares. Prior to September 15, 2025, The fund traded under the name LifeX 2035 Term Income ETF. Before February3, 2025, the fund utilized Stone Ridge for branding instead of LifeX.
