The FT Vest U.S. Equity Enhance & Moderate Buffer ETF - October (the "Fund") aims to provide investors with amplified returns and a degree of downside protection. Specifically, its objective is to generate approximately double any positive price performance of the SPDR S&P 500 ETF Trust (the "Underlying ETF"), before accounting for fees and expenses, up to a maximum potential gain of 10.26%. Simultaneously, the Fund offers a protective buffer, also before fees and expenses, designed to absorb the initial 15% of any losses experienced by the Underlying ETF. This strategy is in effect for the period spanning October 20, 2025, through October 16, 2026.
