Total Operating Earnings (TOE) increased 12% year-over-year to $1.4 billion in the quarter. The Asset Management segment's total revenues grew to $2.4 billion from $2.0 billion in the prior year quarter, marking a 20% increase.

Strategic Developments and Future Positioning

KKR completed the strategic acquisition of HealthCare Royalty Partners, adding approximately $3 billion to its AUM and FPAUM. This move, along with a $2 billion investment from Japan Post Insurance in a new Global Atlantic vehicle, highlights KKR's ongoing strategic expansion.

The company also reported a record $126 billion in dry powder (uncalled commitments), positioning it well for future investments. Management anticipates Strategic Holdings Operating Earnings to reach over $350 million by 2026, driven by strong operating and financial performance across its portfolio.
