The AGM Critical Minerals segment consists of mineral processing operations in graphite, silicon metal, and antimony. The AGM Critical Materials Technologies segment refers to vacuum furnace technology line with high-purity materials serving global leaders in the aerospace sector. The company was founded by Heinz C. Schimmelbusch on November 21, 2006 and is headquartered in Amsterdam, the Netherlands.
