The fund employs both fundamental and quantitative analysis with a bottom-up security selection approach to create its portfolio. It employs multiple strategies including convertible bond arbitrage, volatility arbitrage, gamma trading, merger arbitrage, special situations, equity long/short, value, capital structure arbitrage, credit long/short, and restructuring/distressed securities strategies to make its investments.
