The Real Estate Services segment performs master servicing; and provides loss mitigation services for primarily on its securitized long-term mortgage portfolio. The Long-Term Mortgage Portfolio segment acts as the master servicer for mortgages comprising collateralized mortgage obligation and real estate mortgage investment conduit securitizations. Impac Mortgage Holdings, Inc. was incorporated in 1995 and is based in Newport Beach, California.
