It also holds an option to earn a 100% interest in the Bear, Wassuk, and Butte Valley properties located in Nevada; a 90% interest in the Groundhog copper prospect located to the southwest of Anchorage, Alaska; and a 100% interest in the Chaco Bear property located in the Golden Triangle of British Columbia, and the Ashton property located in Lytton, British Columbia. The company was formerly known as Quaterra Resources Inc. and changed its name to Lion Copper and Gold Corp. in November 2021. Lion Copper and Gold Corp. was incorporated in 1993 and is headquartered in Vancouver, Canada.
