NorthPoint Communications Group Inc was formerly a subsidiary of AT&T Corp. On 6/12/2001, NorthPoint Communications Group Inc.'s Chapter 11 bankruptcy filing was converted to Chapter 7 Liquidation by the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of California, San Francisco Division.
