NewGen Technologies also has a joint venture with Actanol Service, Ltd. to provide energy and biofuel plant solutions; and a strategic agreement with Granite Group Chicago LLC for the rights to develop a gas station/convenience-store prototype. The company was founded in 2005 and is based in Charlotte, North Carolina.
