In addition, the company finances litigation matters; and provides sell-side merger and acquisition corporate finance services. The company was formerly known as Rosenblatt Group Plc and changed its name to RBG Holdings plc in September 2019. RBG Holdings plc was founded in 1989 and is based in London, the United Kingdom.
