The adviser seeks to achieve the fund’s investment objective of total return by investing in ETFs that are registered under the Investment Company Act of 1940, as amended (the “1940 Act”) and not affiliated with the fund (together, the “portfolio funds”). The fund may invest 0-100% of its assets in equity and in fixed income securities based on the optimal allocation suggested by the advisor’s research.
