SDGS Stock - Newday Sustainable Development Equity ETF

The fund is an actively-managed exchange-traded fund (“ETF”) that seeks to achieve its investment objective by investing primarily in the equity securities of “Sustainable Development Companies,” which are defined as companies that adhere to one or more of the seventeen United Nations Sustainable Development Goals. Under normal market conditions, the fund will invest at least 80% of its net assets, plus any borrowings for investment purposes, in the equity securities of Sustainable Development Companies. It is non-diversified.
