It sells its software solutions through a network of partners, distributors, and resellers to customers, as well as through direct sales. The company was formerly known as RedstoneConnect Plc and changed its name to Smartspace Software Plc in July 2018. Smartspace Software plc was founded in 2000 and is based in Bury Saint Edmunds, the United Kingdom.
