Additionally, SOFR may engage in OTC swap agreements and acquire short-term notes in certain circumstances. Samsung Asset Management, the sub-adviser, plays a critical role in selecting these investments. However, the overall investment strategy and decision-making are overseen by the primary adviser. The goal is to generate monthly income through a proactive investment management approach, providing investors with indirect exposure to the secure and liquid treasury-backed repo market.
