The adviser believes that a leader who enables their employees to flourish attracts and retains the best talents in the market, thus outperforming its peers along various metrics that can enhance long-term operating results. The portfolio is constructed using fundamental research and a proprietary due diligence framework that evaluates firms based on their faith-driven management, employee benefits, the presence of faith-based employee resource groups and counselors, and whether their mission and vision statements align with biblical values. Financial due diligence is also conducted to consider factors such as business quality, balance sheet, and risk/reward. The narrow portfolio typically holds 80 to 100 stocks. The fund excludes firms involved in tobacco, alcohol, gaming, abortion, and pornography.
