The company was formerly known as Sutton Harbour Holdings plc and changed its name to Sutton Harbour Group plc in April 2019. Sutton Harbour Group plc was incorporated in 1989 and is headquartered in Plymouth, the United Kingdom. Sutton Harbour Group plc is a subsidiary of FB Investors LLP.
