VALX Stock - Validea Market Legends ETF

The investment seeks to track the performance, before fees and expenses, of the Validea Market Legends Index (the "index"). Under normal circumstances, at least 80% of the fund's total assets (exclusive of any collateral held from securities lending) will be invested in the component securities of the index. The index uses a proprietary, rules-based methodology created by Validea Capital Management, LLC, the fund's investment adviser (the "Adviser"), to select companies based on the published stock selection strategies of historically successful investors.
