TTOP tracks an index of the 10 largest crypto assets by market capitalization. The fund does not invest directly in crypto assets. Instead, it seeks exposure by investing in ETPs, ETFs, and other financial instruments linked to the performance of one or more crypto assets. Such financial instruments may include swap agreements, futures contracts, and options contracts. To identify the largest crypto assets, the fund ranks them according to their market capitalization, using the assets circulating supply and price. Circulating supply is determined by using publicly available data from various well-established and reputable cryptocurrency trading platforms, selected by the index provider. The fund may allocate up to 25% of its assets through a wholly owned Cayman Island subsidiary. TTOP may invest cash, cash-like instruments, and/or high-quality securities as collateral. The market cap-weighted index is reconstituted and rebalanced on a quarterly basis.
