The company serves automotive and auto parts, machinery, food and beverage, textile, commercial construction, building materials, pharmaceutical, and other industries. The company was formerly known as United Metal Building System (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. and changed its name to USAS Building System (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. in April 2012. The company was incorporated in 1999 and is headquartered in Songjiang, China. USAS Building System (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. is a subsidiary of Broad Vision International Group Limited.
