Furthermore, EMS offers tester interfaces that establish vital electrical connections between the primary test unit and wafer probers or integrated circuit (IC) handlers. Its portfolio extends to Scorpion flying probe test systems, which are robotic electronic testing platforms, complemented by comprehensive application support services. These EMS solutions are primarily employed by semiconductor manufacturers for the back-end production testing of both wafers and specialized packaged integrated circuits. inTEST Corporation distributes its products to a broad clientele within the semiconductor ecosystem, including direct semiconductor manufacturers, third-party foundries, independent test and assembly providers, and original equipment manufacturers (OEMs).
