GSR, better known as a crypto trading partner, expanded into asset management with the launch of BESO. The ETF aims to provide balanced exposure to three leading digital assetsBitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), and Solana (SOL)by allocating approximately one-third of its net assets to each, adjusting allocations based on market conditions and liquidity needs. Exposure to BTC is obtained through other exchange-traded products, while ETH and SOL exposure is obtained both through direct holdings and indirectly via other ETPs and yield-bearing or staking securities. To enhance staking opportunities, a wholly owned Cayman Islands subsidiary may be used. The ETF may stake ETH or SOL via third-party validators or liquid-staking protocols to earn rewards, which accrue to the ETF, net of service provider fees. No more than 15% of net assets are held in illiquid investments
