BNY Mellon ETF Trust II - BNY Mellon Multi-Sector Income ETF

BMSI invests in fixed-income securities, dynamically allocating assets across sectors such as investment grade and high-yield bonds, securitized fixed-income, and developed and emerging market debt. The fund uses proprietary credit research for sector analysis and security selection, evaluating issuer credit risk, management depth, competitive position, and financial strength. Up to 30% of the portfolio may be invested in emerging and frontier markets, with most currency exposure hedged using forward contracts, futures, and swaps. Up to 65% may be allocated to high-yield or unrated equivalent bonds, including structured notes and asset-backed securities. The funds geographic allocation is then based on the global and regional macroeconomic forecasts. External research may also supplement internal analysis, with no restrictions on portfolio maturity or duration. Additionally, BMSIs foreign investments may both be in US-dollar or foreign denomination.
