This potential gain is capped at a maximum of 12.93% (before fees and expenses). Furthermore, the Fund aims to protect against losses in the Underlying ETF falling within the range of -5% to -30% (prior to fees and expenses) over the defined period from November 24, 2025, to November 20, 2026.
