The Fund seeks to provide investors with returns that generally match the price return (excluding dividends) of the SPDR S&P 500 ETF Trust (the Underlying ETF), up to the upside cap of 8.90% while providing a buffer against 100% of losses of the Underlying ETF, over the period from September 1, 2026 to August 31, 2027.
