NXPG is designed to make bullish bets on the stock price of NXP Semiconductors N.V. (Nasdaq: NXPI) through derivatives investments such as swap agreements. NXPI engages in a broad portfolio of semiconductor products used primarily in automotive and industrial applications. These include microcontrollers, processors, connectivity chipsets, analog and interface devices, RF power, security controllers, and sensors, which enable secure connectivity and intelligent systems. The objective is to obtain daily leveraged exposure equivalent to 200% of the fund's net assets. To maintain this exposure, daily rebalancing is performed to adjust to NXPI's daily price movements. As a result, returns may deviate from the expected 2x if held for longer than a single day due to compounding. Note that if NXPI's value declines by more than 50% relative to the fund, investors could face a total loss. The fund could potentially lose money over time, even if NXPI's performance strengthens.
