PLIB aims to generate high income from the stock volatility of Palantir Technologies (NASDAQ: PLTR). The ETF uses swaps to track an index that systematically writes weekly, out-of-the-money call options on PLTR, targeting a specific annualized distribution rate, distributed twice per month. PLIB adds a daily delta hedging strategy, which adjusts PLTR exposure each trading day to offset the negative delta of the short call position. This approach is designed to allow participation in PLTR's upside price movements.
