Advisor Managed Portfolios - Defender Risk Adaptive 500 ETF

SPDF provides exposure to US large-cap equity market primarily through ETFs, utilizing a proprietary technical analysis model and risk overlay. This model incorporates market breadth measures, including the NYSE all-issues and common stocks only advance-decline lines, to assess sentiment and risk. It also evaluates NYSE securities moving averages (200-, 150-, and 50-day) and the percentage of securities at 52-week highs and lows. The portfolio managers adjust equity exposure based on market conditions, increasing it during favorable environments, and reducing it during periods of elevated risk. The fund may also allocate fully to US Treasurys or high-grade short-term instruments during higher risk periods. In more favorable market conditions, it may invest in leveraged equity ETFs. The fund is actively managed, enabling the sub-advisors to select the securities for the fund.
