This rate serves as a singular, daily benchmark for Ether's USD price, set at 4:00 pm ET. Initially, at its launch, the issuer temporarily reduced a portion of the fee. Before August 28, 2025, the fund traded under the ticker CETH, and the term 'core' was subsequently eliminated from its official designation.
