Principal Exchange-Traded Funds - Principal Securitized Debt ETF

WDE provides exposure to securitized credit instruments through an actively managed ETF. This includes investment-grade agency and non-agency mortgage-backed securities (MBS), asset-backed securities (ABS), and other similar instruments. It may also hold other fixed-income securities, cash, and cash equivalents, and invest in derivatives for hedging, tactical positioning, and duration management. While the fund is not managed to a specific maturity, it targets an average portfolio duration within +/- 50% of a custom index. The portfolio management process combines top-down and bottom-up analysis, utilizing fundamental, technical, and valuation methods to evaluate securitized debt sectors, risks, and opportunities. Each position is selected to align with client objectives. The actively managed ETF is designed to generate current income, with a secondary goal of capital appreciation, during periods of corporate credit spread widening.
