WDRN tracks an index of global equities with business exposure to physical artificial intelligence. To be eligible, stocks must first undergo listing, size, and liquidity screens. Qualified securities must then be involved in one of these physical AI categories: humanoid robotics, drones/autonomous mobility, next-gen factories or smart manufacturing, next-gen logistics and supply chain robotics, and emerging applications. A thematic score is initially assigned to each category based on the technological maturity, market relevance, and growth potential. A relevancy score is then assigned to each company based on the nature, significance, and revenue exposure to physical AI activities. The 25 securities that best represent each category based on their scores are selected for inclusion. The constituents are initially equally weighted, then adjusted based on the thematic and relevancy scores with 10% single stock capping. The index is reconstituted and rebalanced quarterly.
