This investment strategy, effective from April 4, 2025, through March 31, 2026, is structured to offer exposure to Bitcoin's performance within specific boundaries. While aiming to capture the upside potential, the Fund's gains are capped at a predetermined 34.51% (excluding fees and expenses). Crucially, it also incorporates a protective element, limiting the Fund's potential losses to a maximum of 15% (before fees and expenses), even if the Bitcoin Reference Instrument experiences a more significant decline.
