This synthetic exposure to the price fluctuations of the "Dogs" is constructed using a combination of put and call options alongside U.S. Treasury securities. Crucially, at least 80% of the Fund's net assets (including any borrowed capital for investment) must be allocated either to the actual "Dogs of the Dow" securities themselves or to options contracts that are based on these specific constituents.
