Corgi Emerging Markets Equities 15% Structured Buffer ETF - September Series

EMSE aims to provide the price return of the iShares MSCI Emerging Markets ETF (EEM) up to a cap established each year, while providing a buffer against the first 15% decline over an outcome period running from September 1 to August 31 each year. The upside cap resets at the end of each outcome period and will vary depending on market conditions and options pricing. The fund seeks exposure only to the price return of EEM and therefore does not capture dividends paid by the underlying ETF. The targeted outcomes are generally intended for investors who hold shares for the full outcome period, as buying or selling mid-period may result in returns materially different from the stated cap and buffer outcomes. If EEM declines by more than 15%, investors are exposed to losses beyond that level on a 1:1 basis. The fund uses FLEX options to construct the targeted outcome strategy.
