Global X MLCC & Electronic Components ETF

MLCC is an actively managed fund that seeks capital appreciation by investing in multi-layer ceramic capacitors (MLCC) and electronic components companies, guided by a relevant index. The adviser manages the portfolio using the indexs criteria (size, liquidity, revenue, and global scale) but retains full discretion to investment decisions. Active management includes obtaining exposure to the index constituents directly or synthetically, reallocating portfolio holdings more frequently than the scheduled rebalance, and investing in securities not in the index. Swap agreements and derivative instruments are also used to provide exposure to MLCC and electronic components companies. The fund may allocate up to 100% of assets to cash, short-term US Treasurys, money market funds, or ETFs during non-normal market conditions. Note, to qualify for inclusion in the initial investment universe, companies must be listed in South Korea, Japan, or Taiwan.
