SUIL is an actively managed fund focused on achieving returns linked to SUI futures contracts traded on CFTC-registered exchanges, along with collateral investments like cash or high-quality securities. It aims for full participation in SUI returns by using the price of the near-expiry SUI futures contracts and rolling the futures contracts prior to expiration. Though the fund does not invest directly in SUI, it benefits from SUI futures contracts price increases and exposes investors to all downside risk. SUI is a Layer-1 blockchain that runs on an architecture designed to process multiple transactions simultaneously rather than sequentially in strict order. The fund may hold SUI futures contracts, shares in other SUI-linked ETPs not registered under the 1940 Act (when applicable), SUI referenced indexes, and swap agreements referencing SUI. The fund utilizes a Cayman Island subsidiary to invest via futures contracts.
