Through stocks, depository receipts, and other related securities, the fund targets 5070 dividend-paying equities tied to the United States. The fund employs a bottom-up approach, considering fundamental analysis that includes capital returns, balance sheet flexibility, and dividend growth potential. The ETF aims to lower risk and enhance income by tactically selling short-term call option contracts on some or all of the securities in its portfolio. As such, it foregoes some participation if a securitys value rises. The fund identifies opportunities and sells options tactically, rather than keeping all positions covered and limiting potential upside when a security demonstrates strength or volatility. The fund may engage in securities lending. The actively managed ETF has full discretion to adjust the portfolio daily or at any time.
