The Fund is a passively managed exchange-traded fund of ETF Series Solutions that seeks to track the total return performance, before fees and expenses, of the Pence Ubiquitous Index, developed in 2023 by Pence Capital Management, LLC. The rules-based Index covers U.S.-listed common equities, including ADRs, of companies in the U.S. e-commerce ecosystem. It assigns them to six digital commerce segments with fixed target weights.
