This is achieved through the Trust's direct ownership of physical bitcoin, which is kept secure by regulated custody providers. Each share acquired represents a proportional stake in these underlying bitcoin assets. Although not a direct acquisition of bitcoin, this ETF presents an economical and convenient method for engaging with the bitcoin market via traditional financial platforms.
