ADDX Digital Pte. Ltd. provides this Privacy Policy to explain how we collect, use, and disclose personal information when you use (i) the website located at https://goai.digital/ (the "Site") and (ii) any GoAI mobile or web application we operate (the "App"). The Site and App are collectively referred to as the "Services".
In this Privacy Policy, "you" or "your" means the person using the Services and the company (if any) on whose behalf you are acting, and "we," "us," "our," "GoAI," and the "Company" mean ADDX Digital Pte. Ltd.
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason; each version will apply to information collected while it was in place. We will notify you of any material changes to our Privacy Policy by posting the new Privacy Policy on our Site. Please review this Privacy Policy regularly for any changes.
Before using the Services or submitting any personal information to GoAI, please review this Privacy Policy carefully and contact us at support@goai.digital if you have any questions. By using the Services you accept our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into our Terms of Use. If you do not agree to this Privacy Policy, please do not access the Sites or otherwise use the Services.
About GoAI Services
GoAI offers a community that provides you with access to content created and provided by individuals who offer information about finance, investing, trading, and market trends. GoAI also offers wallet infrastructure for you to self-custodise your blockchain assets.
I. Information Collection and Use
We collect personal information to provide you with the Services, to communicate with you, and to manage your registered user account, if you have one.
Information we collect. We may collect the following categories of personal information about you through the Site, including but not limited to:
Registration information: To use certain features of the Services, you will need to register and create an account. When you create an account, you will be asked for basic registration information, such as an email address, username, and password.
Identification information: You may also be asked to provide identification information to confirm your identity, including your first and last name, username, address, and phone number.
Usage information: We may retain a history of the products you browse, services you use, or topics you follow while using the Services.
Blockchain information: To use wallet features of the Services, you will need to create a wallet. When you create the wallet, blockchain addresses will be generated.
Information from third party service providers (“Third-Party Services”): In order to display information to you through the Services, we may collect, on your behalf, your account and other personal information from Third-Party Services that you register under your account via the Services.
Technical and navigational information: We collect information about your interaction with our Site and App, including which browser you use, pages visited, average time spent, IP address, device type, unique device identifiers, operating system version, and app version.
Location information: If you choose to use location-enabled Services, we may collect location information from your device. You may control or disable the sharing of location information via your device settings and/or your browser settings.
Social media information: When you interact with our official social media pages or send us information through those pages, we may collect the information you choose to provide, such as your contact details. The platform hosting those pages may also provide us with aggregate information and analytics about that engagement.
Email open/click information: We may use pixels in our email campaigns that allow us to collect your email and IP address as well as the date and time you open an email or click on any links in the email.
Other information: We may request or receive other personal information such as feedback, questions, comments, suggestions, or ideas to provide you with other benefits or to improve upon the Services. In such instances, you will be given the opportunity to provide or decline that information.
If you choose to enforce app security with your mobile phone number, we will collect your mobile phone number. If you contact us by email, we may keep a record of your contact information and correspondence, and may use your email address, and any information that you provide to us in your message, to respond to you.
Use of Contact Information. In addition, we may use your contact information to send you administrative, service-related, or security communications, and where permitted, product updates or promotional communications. If you decide at any time that you no longer wish to receive promotional emails from us, please follow the unsubscribe instructions provided in those communications.
We may aggregate personal information and use the aggregated information to analyze the effectiveness of our Services, to improve and add features to our Services, and for other similar purposes. In addition, from time to time, we may analyze the general behavior and characteristics of users of our Services and share aggregated information like general user statistics with prospective business partners. We may collect aggregated information through the Services, through cookies, and through other means described in this Privacy Policy. We may also use your contact information for the following purposes:
- To send administrative information to you, for example, information regarding the Services and changes to our terms, conditions, and policies;
- To analyze how you interact with our Services;
- To maintain and improve the Services;
- To develop new products and services;
- To prevent fraud, criminal activity, or misuses of our Services, and to ensure the security of our IT systems, architecture, and networks;
- To comply with legal obligations and legal process and to protect our rights, privacy, safety, or property, and/or that of our affiliates, you, or other third parties.
Log Data. When you visit our Site, our servers automatically record information that your browser sends whenever you visit a website ("Log Data"). This Log Data may include information such as your IP address, browser type, how you got to our Site, the pages you visit, and the search terms you use. We use Log Data to monitor the use of the Services and for technical administration. We do not associate your IP address with any other personal information, except where we need to do so to enforce our Terms of Use.
II. Cookies and Similar Technologies
We use cookies, local storage, pixels, scripts, and similar technologies to provide core functionality, keep the Services secure, maintain login and session state, remember your preferences, support payment and authentication flows, measure site performance, and understand how people use our public pages when analytics cookies are enabled.
Some cookies are strictly necessary and cannot be disabled because they are required for security and basic functionality. Optional analytics cookies can be controlled through GoAI's cookie settings. Where required by applicable law, including in the UK, EEA, Switzerland, and locations where we cannot determine the applicable region, we ask for your consent before enabling analytics cookies.

III. Information Sharing and Disclosure
Service Providers. We engage trusted third parties to perform functions and provide services to us, including hosting, maintenance, analytics, payments, and other information technology services. We will share your personal information with these third parties only to the extent necessary to perform those functions and only pursuant to binding contractual obligations requiring them to maintain the privacy and security of your data. In addition, we may use information you provide about Third-Party Services to provide the Services, including accessing the Third-Party Services you select on your behalf so that we can present the requested information to you. With respect to mobile applications or mobile versions of our Sites, we may collect the device identifier assigned to that device by the device manufacturer, carrier, or operating system. Device IDs help us and our service providers support security, maintain application preferences, and detect suspicious activity. We take commercially reasonable steps to ensure our service providers adhere to the security standards we apply to your personal information.
We may use your Device ID for security purposes. For example, if you have activated a feature that limits access to a Services from a specific device, our systems will access the Device ID from each device you attempt to access the Services with to determine if the device is the specific authorized device. Additionally, we may use Device IDs to monitor suspicious activity. For example, if we detect that a single account on a Site is being accessed from multiple devices, as determined by tracking the Device IDs that access an account, we may contact the user to ensure that such access has been authorized by the user.
Compliance with Laws and Law Enforcement. GoAI cooperates with government and law enforcement officials or private parties to enforce and comply with the law. We may disclose any information about you to government or law enforcement officials or private parties as we, in our sole discretion, believe necessary or appropriate to: respond to claims, legal process (including subpoenas or other court orders); protect the property and rights of GoAI or a third party; investigate, prevent, defend against, or take other action regarding violations of our Terms, illegal activities, suspected fraud, or situations involving potential threats to the legal rights or physical safety of any person or the security of our network, Sites or Services; respond to claims that any posting or other content violates the rights of third parties; protect the safety of the public or any person; prevent or stop any illegal, unethical, or legally actionable activity, or to comply with the law.
Business Transfers. GoAI may sell, transfer, or otherwise share some or all of its assets, including your personal information, in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization or sale of assets, dissolution, transition of service to another provider, or in the event of bankruptcy.
Affiliates. GoAI may share personal information with our current and future affiliates, meaning an entity that controls, is controlled by, or is under common control with GoAI. Our affiliates may use the personal information we share in a manner consistent with this Privacy Policy.
Other Users and Partners. Certain actions you take may be visible to other users of the Services and the general public. For example, your posts may appear in other users' feeds and your profile information may be accessible to other users and the general public. You acknowledge that by sharing posts or adding information to your profile you make that information available to other users and the general public, and that GoAI cannot control, and shall not be responsible for, any use other users make of that information. We may also feature public GoAI content on our own channels from time to time. We will not share credit card information processed for a subscription to the Services with other users or third parties other than payment processors.
In connection with third party services, we may share some of your personal information with the third parties when you are attempting to process the transaction you have requested.
We may share your personal information with third party service providers to enable them to assist in fulfilling the requests you make or the transactions you conduct via the Sites, including the operation of certain Site functions and Services. Third parties acting on our behalf that are given access to your personal information are contractually obligated to abide by our privacy practices and are not allowed to use the information for any other purposes.
We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to share or disclose your personal information with law enforcement, government officials, and other third parties:
- to respond to subpoenas, court orders, or legal process;
- in order to investigate, prevent, defend against, or take other action regarding violations of our Terms of Service, illegal activities, suspected fraud, or situations involving potential threats to the legal rights or physical safety of any person or the security of our network, Sites or Services;
- to respond to claims that any posting or other content violates the rights of third parties;
- in an emergency, to protect the health and safety of our Sites' users or the general public;
- as otherwise required by any applicable law.
We may share your personal information with other third parties with your consent or instructions to do so.
IV. Advertising and Communications
We do not currently use advertising or retargeting cookies on the public GoAI website. If we introduce advertising pixels, retargeting technologies, affiliate tracking, or similar marketing technologies in the future, we will update our Cookie Policy and cookie controls, and ask for consent where required.
Text Messages. If you provide your mobile phone number or enable phone-based security or account features, we may send you SMS, MMS, or other text messages to verify your identity, secure your account, provide service updates, troubleshoot account issues, or deliver information you have requested. We may also send promotional text messages if you consent to receive them. You may opt out of promotional text messages where required by applicable law or by following the instructions provided in those messages.
V. Third Party Data Collection
We may make certain third-party products, services, or content available through the Services. If you choose to use those offerings or provide information to those third parties, their collection and use of your information is governed by their own privacy policies and terms of service. Please review those policies before sharing information or enabling those features. Some third-party content providers may also place cookies on your device or otherwise collect information through the content they serve.
VI. Security
GoAI takes commercially reasonable steps to safeguard the confidentiality of your personal information. We employ administrative, physical, and electronic measures designed to protect your information from unauthorized access, but we cannot and do not assure that these measures will be sufficient to protect against all efforts to gain unauthorized access to the information. In particular, email sent to or from us may not be secure. Therefore, you should take special care in deciding what information you send to us via the Services or email. Please keep this in mind when disclosing any personal information to GoAI via the Internet. In addition, we are not responsible for circumvention of any privacy settings or security measures contained on the Services, or third party websites. You use the Services at your own risk.
We will make any legally-required disclosures of any breach of the security, confidentiality, or integrity of your unencrypted electronically stored personal data to you via email or conspicuous posting on this Site.
VII. Links to Other Websites
Our Site contains links to other websites not operated or controlled by GoAI, including social media services. The fact that we link to a website is not an endorsement, authorization, or representation of our affiliation with that third party. We do not exercise control over third party websites. These other websites may place their own cookies or other files on your computer, collect data, or solicit personal information from you. The information that you share with the Third-Party Services will be governed by the specific privacy policies and terms of service of the Third-Party Services and not by this Privacy Policy.
VIII. Our Policy Towards Children
The Services are not directed to persons under 18 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If a parent or guardian becomes aware that his or her child has provided us with personal information without their consent, he or she should contact us at support@goai.digital. If we become aware that a child under 18 has provided us with personal information, we will delete such information from our files.
IX. Data Retention
Where required under applicable laws, we retain personal information only for as long as is necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected and processed, in accordance with our retention policies, and in accordance with applicable laws and regulatory obligations or until you withdraw your consent (where applicable).
To determine the appropriate retention period for your personal data, we will consider the amount, nature, and sensitivity of the personal data, the potential risk of harm from unauthorized use or disclosure of your personal data, the purposes for which we use your personal data and whether we can achieve those purposes through other means, and the applicable legal requirements.
X. International Users
Data Transfers. GoAI is based in Singapore. If you are accessing our Services from or in the EU, UK, or other regions with laws governing data collection and use, please note that your personal data will be transmitted to our servers in Singapore as necessary to provide you with the information that you requested, administer our contract with you, or to respond to your requests as described in this Privacy Policy, and the data may be transmitted to our service providers supporting our business operations (described above). Singapore may have data protection laws less stringent than or otherwise different from the laws in effect in the country in which you are located. Where we transfer your personal data out of the EU or UK we will take steps to ensure that your personal data receives an adequate level of protection where it is processed and your rights continue to be protected.
Legal Basis. Under EU and UK data protection legislation, the use of personal information must be justified. Such justification is called a “legal basis,” and we apply the following legal bases when processing personal information for the purposes described above (in the Information Collection and Use section):
To perform our contractual obligations under our Terms;
Where we have a legal obligation;
To achieve our legitimate interests, provided this does not affect your rights as a data subject;

Personal information requests. Depending on your location and the nature of your interactions with our services, you may request the following in relation to personal information:
Information about how we have collected and used personal information. We have made this information available to you without having to request it by including it in this Privacy Policy.
Access to a copy of the personal information that we have collected about you. Where applicable, we will provide the information in a portable, machine-readable, readily usable format and can transfer it to a third party.
Correction of personal information that is inaccurate or out of date.
Deletion of personal information that we no longer need to provide the services or for other lawful purposes.
Additional rights, such as to object to and request that we restrict our use of personal information.

Limits on your choices. In some instances, your choices may be limited, such as where fulfilling your request would impair the rights of others, our ability to provide a service you have requested, or our ability to comply with our legal obligations and enforce our legal rights. Right to complain. Depending on where you reside, such as if you reside in the European Economic Area ("EEA”) or United Kingdom ("UK”), you may have the right to complain to a data protection regulator where you live or work, or where you feel a violation has occurred.
