The FT Vest U.S. Equity Deep Buffer ETF - June, or the "Fund," aims to deliver investor returns that mirror the price performance of the SPDR S&P 500 ETF Trust (the "Underlying ETF"). This objective includes an upside limit, or cap, on potential gains, set at 12.08% before accounting for fees and expenses. Concurrently, the Fund is designed to shield against losses in the Underlying ETF, specifically providing a buffer for declines between -5% and -30%, also prior to fees and expenses. This investment strategy applies over the period from June 23, 2025, through June 18, 2026.
