The FT Vest U.S. Equity Deep Buffer ETF - March, known as "the Fund," aims to deliver investor returns that closely track the price performance of the SPDR S&P 500 ETF Trust (its "Underlying ETF"). While striving to match these gains, the Fund's upside is capped at a maximum of 12.72%. Simultaneously, it offers protection against drops in the Underlying ETF's value, cushioning investors from losses occurring between -5% and -30%. Both the potential gains and the loss buffer are calculated prior to any fees and expenses being deducted, and this investment objective covers the specific timeframe from March 24, 2025, through March 20, 2026.
