These companies are those that, in the adviser's opinion, are engaged in big data, machine learning, AI, cloud computing, cybersecurity, e-commerce and consumer technologies, rideshare, battery technology, and next-generation hardware. The portfolio is constructed using a fundamental analysis of factors like financial, market, and economic conditions, and industry positions. FDXT converted from a mutual fund called Fidelity Disruptive Technology Fund to an actively managed ETF structure starting with $104 million in net assets.
