The Nicholas Global Equity and Income ETF, identified by the symbol GIAX, is a dynamically managed investment vehicle that trades on an exchange. Its primary objectives are to deliver consistent income to investors while also achieving long-term growth in capital. To accomplish these goals, GIAX employs a two-pronged strategy: 1. It allocates capital to a curated selection of independent, passively managed ETFs that offer broad market exposure to global stock securities. 2. It also generates additional income through the routine (daily) execution of index credit call spreads, referencing various U.S. equity benchmarks.
