The FT Vest U.S. Equity Moderate Buffer ETF - July (also known as "the Fund") aims to generate investor returns (prior to fees and expenses) that closely follow the price performance of the SPDR S&P 500 ETF Trust (referred to as the "Underlying ETF"). These gains are limited by a predetermined maximum of 12.04%. Simultaneously, the Fund offers protection, before accounting for fees and expenses, against the initial 15% of any declines experienced by the Underlying ETF. This investment approach is valid for the timeframe extending from July 21, 2025, to July 17, 2026.
