The FT Vest U.S. Equity Moderate Buffer ETF - March (referred to as "the Fund") is designed to offer investors returns that mirror the price movements of its "Underlying ETF," the SPDR S&P 500 ETF Trust. This objective, applicable from March 24, 2025, to March 20, 2026, includes a downside buffer that protects against the first 15% of any losses incurred by the Underlying ETF. Conversely, potential gains are capped at a predefined upside limit of 12.20%. All these performance metrics are considered prior to the deduction of fees and expenses.
