The iShares Gold Trust Micro, known hereafter as 'the Trust,' aims to generally mirror the price movements of gold. This Trust operates under a distinct regulatory framework compared to traditional investment vehicles, as it is not registered as an investment company under the 1940 Investment Company Act. Consequently, it is exempt from the same regulatory obligations that apply to mutual funds or ETFs governed by that Act. Additionally, the Trust is not classified as a commodity pool for the purposes of the Commodity Exchange Act.
