The AllianzIM International Equity Buffer15 Uncapped Jan ETF (JANI) is structured to provide investment results that closely follow the share price performance of its reference fund, the iShares MSCI EAFE ETF (EFA), over a designated outcome period. Its strategy aims to capture EFA's positive returns without any upside limit, but only when those gains surpass a specified spread. Simultaneously, it shields investors from the first 15% of any potential losses incurred by EFA. These targeted performance characteristics, encompassing both uncapped upside exposure and initial downside protection, are determined by EFA's share price movements specifically at the end of the defined outcome period.
