The VanEck U.S. Equity Buffer ETF – July is an actively managed ETF that seeks to provide returns that track the price performance of the SPDR S&P 500 ETF Trust, up to a predetermined cap, while providing a buffer against the first 20% of losses. The investment outcome period is reset annually each July. The fund primarily uses FLEX options to achieve its investment objective.
